Leadership
Gerald Davis, a Navy veteran with more than 35 years in HVAC, founded sister company Superior CO-OP HVAC in Cambridge, NY in 2013 and opened Adirondack Heat Pumps in Ticonderoga in 2022. Rollin Slattery, an Army veteran and Mineville native with 30-plus years as a contractor, and Glen Avlon run operations. Frank Davis, a 23-year retired military veteran, leads sales and marketing. Dan Davis runs the office.
Comfort consultants
Mark Sauter is the first contact for most Adirondack customers and handles estimates from Ticonderoga up to Lake Placid and Saranac Lake. Gerald Davis, Rollin Slattery, Glen Avlon, Frank Davis and Rebecca Dennison also do in-home estimates: measuring, running the load calculation and walking you through NYS Clean Heat rebates and financing before you decide anything.
Install and service technicians
Josh Harris, Matt Neil and Donovan Light install the systems. Trevor Eddy, with more than 20 years in HVAC and refrigeration, runs service. Our installers and service technicians are trained by Mitsubishi on Hyper-Heating INVERTER systems, ductless mini-splits and ducted air handlers, and every installation is sized, designed and commissioned to Mitsubishi's standards and registered for the 12-year warranty the day it is finished.
Office and warehouse
Dan Davis and the office team book estimates, maintenance visits and repairs, handle rebate paperwork, and keep you informed from first call to final commissioning. Robert Dennison manages the warehouse so the parts are on the shelf when a crew needs them.
