Dan Davis

Dan Davis is the Office Manager and a Mitsubishi Certified Platinum Customer Support Agent. When you call during business hours, there is a good chance Dan is the person who picks up, finds your file and gets you on the schedule.

Dan joined the company in February 2022. Before that he spent 22 years as a butcher and meat manager, a job that is almost entirely customer service, and it shows. He says his goals are to support his family and enjoy life, and that he genuinely likes working with people. He graduated from Mount Anthony Union High School and lives in Cambridge, NY.

The office is where a heat pump project either runs smoothly or does not. Dan books estimates, maintenance visits and repair calls, coordinates install dates with the crews, keeps customers informed when weather or parts move a schedule, and handles the rebate paperwork that follows every Mitsubishi install. His Platinum Customer Support certification from Mitsubishi Electric means he can answer product and warranty questions directly instead of passing you around.

He also manages the after-hours handoff. Calls to (518) 812-1958 are answered around the clock; the ones that come in overnight reach the office first thing the next morning, and no-heat calls get the first callback.
