Can I combine financing with the NYS Clean Heat rebate?
Yes. The rebate comes off the invoice as an instant discount and you finance the balance. We confirm the rebate amount at the free estimate.
Is there a prepayment penalty?
No. Pay the balance off early any time without a fee.
What happens if I don't pay it off in 18 months?
Promotional terms are set by Synchrony and are explained in the application. Read them carefully; the 0% applies when the balance is paid within the promotional period. We go over the terms with you before you sign.
Are there income-based loans in New York?
New York offers income-qualified residential energy financing through NYSERDA for some homeowners. Ask at your estimate and we will tell you whether it applies and how it compares with the 0% option.
