Our shop and showroom at 15 Montcalm Street put us within about 15 minutes of Crown Point, Hague and Putnam, half an hour from Port Henry, Schroon Lake and Whitehall, and an hour from Westport, Elizabethtown, Lake George and Middlebury across the Champlain Bridge. Every ZIP on this map sees a real winter. Ticonderoga's design temperature is about -10°F; Lake Placid and Saranac Lake regularly hit -20°F to -30°F. What do the colors on the map mean?
Green ZIP codes are served by Adirondack Heat Pumps from Ticonderoga. Blue ZIP codes are served by our sister company's branch in Cambridge, NY. Red ZIP codes are covered by both, and you'll get whichever crew is closest.

Often, yes — especially for whole-home Mitsubishi conversions. Call (518) 812-1958 and we'll tell you honestly whether we can service your address long-term, not just install and leave.
Do you serve Vermont?
Yes. Addison County — Middlebury, Vergennes, Bridport, Shoreham, Orwell, Addison, Panton and Ferrisburgh — is covered from Ticonderoga across the Champlain Bridge. Vermont homes earn Efficiency Vermont rebates and we handle the paperwork.
Why does the service area matter for a heat pump?
Because a Mitsubishi system is a 15-to-20-year relationship: annual maintenance, warranty service and emergency calls. We only sell where we can show up in winter.
Do you charge a travel fee for Lake Placid or Plattsburgh?
Estimates are free everywhere on the map. Our consultant and crews are in the High Peaks and the Plattsburgh area regularly; any travel considerations are built into your written estimate, never added later.
