Online by card
Use the Pay Online button to pay any open invoice by credit or debit card through our secure payment page. Enter the invoice number from the paper or emailed invoice.

Make checks payable to Adirondack Heat Pumps and mail to 15 Montcalm Street, Ticonderoga, NY 12883, or drop it at the showroom during office hours. Write the invoice number on the memo line.

New installation? 18 months at 0% interest through Synchrony on approved credit, with rebates applied first. Apply before the install, not after the invoice.
Financing options →Service contract members
Adirondack Shield Elite Care Plan and Preferred contract payments are billed automatically on the 1st of each month by ACH or card — nothing to do here. To update the card or bank account on file, call the office. Covered repairs under the Shield carry no invoice at all.
Questions about an invoice
Call (518) 812-1958 during office hours or email info@adirondackheatpumps.com with the invoice number and we sort it out. Every invoice shows the work performed, parts used and any diagnostic fee quoted before the repair. Need a copy of an old invoice for a warranty record or a home sale? Ask — we keep service history on every system.

Payment questions
Is the online payment page secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by our payment provider on an encrypted page; we never store your full card number.
When is payment due?
Repair and maintenance invoices are due on completion unless we agreed otherwise. Installation terms are written on your proposal. Financed installs follow the Synchrony schedule.
Can I pay a deposit on an installation online?
Yes, the same page accepts deposits — use the deposit invoice number from your proposal. Or pay by phone or check.
I think I was billed for something covered by warranty.
Call us. If the repair was a covered mechanical failure on a system under the Adirondack Shield, or a part under the Mitsubishi warranty, we correct the invoice. See what the 12-year coverage includes.
