These terms cover your use of adirondackheatpumps.com, our online tools, and our SMS text messaging program. By using the site or opting in to texts you agree to them. Last updated October 11, 2026.
SMS text messaging terms
Adirondack Heat Pumps offers SMS text messaging so we can answer your questions, confirm and remind you of estimates and service appointments, let you know when a technician is on the way, send estimates and invoices, and occasionally share rebate or seasonal offers.
- How to opt in. You opt in by checking the consent box in our website chat widget or forms, by texting us at (518) 812-1958, or by giving us your mobile number and asking for texts.
- Message frequency varies. Most customers receive a handful of messages around an estimate or service visit. Message and data rates may apply; check with your carrier.
- Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will get one confirmation text and nothing further. Text START to re-join.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, call (518) 812-1958 or email info@adirondackheatpumps.com.
- Consent to texts is not required to buy any product or service from us.
- Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile number and opt-in status are handled as described in our privacy policy and are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Use of the website
Content on this site is for general information about heating and cooling in the North Country. Savings calculators, the home comfort diagnostic, the troubleshooter and rebate estimates give approximate results based on what you enter; they are not quotes. A written estimate from a comfort consultant after an in-home visit is the only binding price.
You may not scrape, copy or republish site content, images or tools without written permission, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or other visitors.
Estimates, warranties and financing
Installation, repair and maintenance work is governed by the written estimate or service agreement you sign. The 180-Day Comfort Guarantee, the 12-year parts and labor warranty and the Shield Elite Care Plan have their own terms on those pages and in your paperwork. Financing is offered through Synchrony subject to credit approval; rebates are set by NYS Clean Heat, Efficiency Vermont and your utility and may change.
Third-party services
Forms, chat, scheduling, payments and maps are provided by third parties. Their availability is not guaranteed, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Adirondack Heat Pumps is not liable for losses arising from reliance on site content or from site downtime. Nothing here limits the warranties in a signed service agreement.
