Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, address, email, phone number, details about your home and heating system, and anything you type into our estimate request, chat widget, savings calculator, scheduling, financing or contact forms, or tell us by phone, text or email.
Information collected automatically. Standard web server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited, referring page) and analytics data from Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Information from service providers. Our scheduling, CRM and payment providers return appointment, job and payment status to us so we can serve you.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry, schedule estimates, installations, repairs and maintenance, and deliver the services you request.
To send appointment confirmations, reminders, technician on-the-way notices, estimates, invoices and follow-up about your project.
To process rebate, warranty and financing paperwork you ask us to handle.
To ask for feedback or a review after a completed job.
To improve the website and understand which pages and tools are useful.
To comply with law and protect our rights.

SMS text messaging program

When you provide your mobile number and opt in through our website chat widget, a web form, by texting us, or by verbal or written request, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Adirondack Heat Pumps. Messages may include conversational replies to your questions, estimate and appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notices, service updates, and occasional offers or rebate information.

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and services. Message and data rates may apply.

Manufacturers, utilities and program administrators such as Mitsubishi Electric, NYS Clean Heat, Efficiency Vermont and Synchrony, only when you ask us to register a warranty, file a rebate or apply for financing.
Legal requirements, such as a subpoena or to protect the safety of our employees or customers.
