Every Mitsubishi system is an H2i Hyper-Heat outdoor unit paired with one to eight indoor units, chosen room by room. Wall-mounted, floor-mounted, ceiling cassette or ducted — the indoor style follows the room, and the outdoor unit is sized to carry the whole load at about -10°F in Ticonderoga or -22°F in the High Peaks. Below is the full lineup we install and service from our showroom at 15 Montcalm Street, where you can see and hear live units before you decide.

The quiet, efficient standard. Bedrooms, living rooms, additions, camps.

Sits low like a radiator and warms from the floor up. Knee walls, big windows, cathedral ceilings.

Recessed and nearly invisible. Kitchens, great rooms, inns and offices.

Hidden in a basement, attic or closet on existing or new ducts. Nothing on the walls.

Side-by-side guide to every indoor style with capacities, noise and best uses for North Country homes.

Handheld remotes, the MHK2 wall thermostat, PAR wired controllers, and the Mitsubishi Comfort / kumo cloud app.

Yes. A Mitsubishi multi-zone outdoor unit runs any combination of wall, floor, ceiling and ducted indoor units, up to eight. A typical whole-home design mixes an air handler with a few wall and floor units.
Hyper-Heating is a feature of the outdoor unit. MUZ-FS single-zone (H2i Plus, to -22°F), MXZ Smart Multi multi-zone, and H2i-rated SUZ, PUZ and P-Series units are what we specify for any zone that carries winter heat.
Yes. Our Ticonderoga showroom at 15 Montcalm Street has live Mitsubishi units running so you can see the sizes, hear how quiet they are and try the controls.
The MSZ-GL and MSZ-FS wall units run as low as 19 dB on low fan, the lowest in the industry. The SVZ ducted air handler runs as low as 29 dB.
No. Indoor units use washable filters you rinse every month or two, plus nano-platinum and deodorizing stages on wall units. There's nothing to buy.
