From form to written price
We call to schedule
Within one business day. We ask what you heat with now, roughly how big the house is and what is bothering you — a cold room, an oil bill, a dead furnace.
Free in-home visit
A Comfort Consultant measures the house and runs a load calculation. No square-foot guesses. We look at where indoor and outdoor units would go and talk through options.
Written proposal
Equipment, price, NYS Clean Heat or Efficiency Vermont rebate already subtracted, financing options and the 12-year warranty and 180-Day Comfort Guarantee spelled out. No pressure.
Have ready, if you can
- Your electric utility (NYSEG or National Grid) and a recent bill
- Last year's oil or propane deliveries, roughly
- Any rooms that never get comfortable
- Your savings calculator report — it gets you $250 off
Quotes for every kind of job
- Mitsubishi ductless and ducted heat pumps — single room to whole-home conversion off oil or propane
- RUUD propane and gas furnaces and boilers
- RUUD central air conditioning
- Hybrid heat pump water heaters
- Commercial systems for shops, offices, restaurants and rental properties

Quote questions
How long does it take to get a quote?
We reach out within one business day of your form to schedule the visit. Most homeowners have a written proposal within a few days of the in-home appointment, often the same day for straightforward single-zone jobs.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The in-home visit, the load calculation and the written proposal cost nothing and carry no obligation.
Can you quote from photos instead of a visit?
We can give a preliminary range from photos and a few questions through the online estimate page. A final price for a heating system always needs a visit so we can run the load calculation and see where the units and line sets go.
What areas do you serve?
Essex, Clinton and Franklin counties, northern Warren and Washington counties, and Addison County, Vermont. See the full service area list.
★★★★★“We had Mark, Rolland, and Matt help get mini splits installed in our first home. They worked with us to make sure we had the right system for our home. This team provided amazing professionalism, customer service, and expertise!”
★★★★★“Been doing business with Gerry and his crew for close to 10 years and always totally satisfied with their product and customer service.”
★★★★★“This is our second Mitsubishi heat pump … to heat the 30x40 insulated metal building with a single head we put up but handles it great. … they had to order and install the system in a little over 2 weeks to get it done by 12/31 to qualify for a large rebate and they got it done.”
