Frank Davis

Frank Davis is a retired military veteran with 23 years of service and a Bachelor of Science in Internet Marketing from Full Sail University. He brings decades of leadership, sales discipline and digital marketing experience to his role as Sales and Marketing Manager for Adirondack Heat Pumps and Superior CO-OP HVAC.

Frank built his career on accountability, performance standards and results, principles he now applies to how the sales team works. Before stepping into HVAC full-time he founded and ran a website design and digital marketing agency serving businesses across New York and Vermont, which gave him a deep understanding of how homeowners research, compare and choose a contractor. He uses that to make sure the information on this site is accurate, specific and honest about cost.

As a Preferred Comfort Consultant, Frank helps homeowners move from oil, propane and electric baseboard to high-efficiency Mitsubishi Electric ductless and Hyper-Heat systems. His approach is straightforward: accurate system sizing, honest recommendations, clear rebate guidance and solutions that perform in a real Adirondack winter. He understands both the technical side of the equipment and the financial side of the investment, so customers can make a confident decision.

As Sales Manager, Frank works closely with the comfort consultants, installers and office team so every project meets expectations from the first conversation to final commissioning. He believes a heating and cooling decision is a long-term comfort investment, not an equipment purchase, and his goal is to help North Country homeowners cut energy costs, improve reliability and modernize their homes with proven cold-climate technology.
