Robert Dennison

Robert Dennison is the Warehouse Manager for Adirondack Heat Pumps and Superior CO-OP HVAC. His job is the reason an install crew arrives with every part on the truck and a service technician can fix a no-heat call the same day instead of ordering a board and coming back in three weeks.

Robert's days are varied: receiving Mitsubishi outdoor and indoor units, line sets, stands, pan heaters, surge protectors and controls; managing vendors and lead times; staging equipment for each scheduled install; and keeping a stock of the parts that fail most often so the service department is never waiting on a shipment. He also deals directly with customers picking up filters or parts, and he says they are some of the nicest people he meets.

The best part of the job, in his words, is his co-workers. The team has become an extension of his family, they get along well and they get together outside of work. Robert works alongside family members at the company, and they share the same goal: making Adirondack Heat Pumps and Superior CO-OP HVAC the best they can be.

Stocking matters more in the North Country than it does in a city.
