Trevor Eddy

Trevor Eddy is the Service Manager and a Mitsubishi Certified Platinum Service Technician. He has spent more than 20 years in the HVAC, refrigeration and medical equipment fields, and he runs the service side of the company: diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and the no-heat calls that come in on the coldest nights of the year.

Trevor came to the company as a technician and installer and now leads the service department. He knows the equipment by its blink codes. A service call from Trevor starts with the error history on the unit and the refrigerant readings, not a guess, and ends with a clear explanation of what failed, why, and whether it is worth repairing.

He is particularly interested in the commercial and more technical applications of Mitsubishi products, which is useful when the call is a multi-zone system in a lodge, a shop or a rental property rather than a single wall unit. Platinum certification from Mitsubishi Electric covers Hyper-Heating INVERTER diagnostics, refrigerant handling and the full indoor unit lineup.

Trevor also trains and backs up the other technicians, and he is the reason the Adirondack Shield Elite Care Plan can promise 24-hour priority service: someone has to be able to deliver it.

Outside of work Trevor hunts, fishes, snowmobiles, rides dirt bikes and gardens.
